About Britten For Food
Britten For Food was set up in 2017 by Daniel Britten who after spending twelve years working his way up the chef’s ladder in various kitchens around Surrey from local cafes, independent pubs to fine dining restaurants. Embracing hobbies like growing my own vegetables and facing new life challenges of putting himself through the rigours of BBC’s Masterchef – he then decided it was time to get out of the kitchen and into event catering, private dinners & supper clubs. Focusing on new innovative menus, collaborating with some phenomenal chefs and artisans. Always aiming to not only meet but exceed the clients requirements and expectations.
Britten For Food has many returning customers throughout the year – from local families wanting a special intimate evening, wedding catering of all sizes to office and work events. We are very proud of our repeat services provided at annual events with Al Shaqab Racing at Royal Ascot alongside Raymond Blanc for the last three years and the Aston Martin Racing team at the prestigious Le Mans 24hr endurance race in France working with Daniel Galmiche.

Britten For Food’s aim is to make your event one you will never forget, focusing on delivering exceptional service and attention to detail.
Since launching Britten for Food, Daniel has worked on a diverse range of private dining events and has sold out a succession of popups. He has featured at a variety of food festivals where you can watch him demo some of his favourite dishes, Daniel often features at the Surrey County Show and The Woking Food Festival most years.
2019 sees Daniel continue to be “a chef of no fixed abode” as he continues to produce award-winning menus for supper clubs, private dining events and popups.
